Biomodality (“Biomodality,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a subsidiary of Tefani, provides biometric verification services through our API under a subscription-based model. This Refund Policy explains our terms regarding trials, billing, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Free Trial
We offer a 7-day free trial for new Clients to evaluate our biometric verification services.

During the trial period, Clients may access the service without charge.

At the end of the 7-day trial, Clients will be automatically enrolled in the monthly billing plan they selected during registration, unless the subscription is canceled before the trial ends.
2. Billing
Following the trial period, Clients will be charged automatically on a monthly basis using the payment method provided at the time of registration.

Billing begins immediately after the free trial period ends.

Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate billing and payment information.
3. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting our support team.

Upon cancellation, the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No additional charges will be applied after cancellation.
4. No Refunds
All payments made to Biomodality are non-refundable.

We do not issue partial or full refunds for any unused portion of the billing period.

This policy applies regardless of whether the Client has actively used the service during the billing period.
5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
